• We prefer you all to attend the 4th Symposium on Ammonia Energy in person! However, we understand that may be travel restrictions or challenges that make it difficult to attend. For this reason, we created the NEW Virtual Poster Option; this option ensures your work is featured in the Poster Session on Sunday, September 28, 2025, and made accessible to attendees worldwide via our event software platform. This is an excellent opportunity to share your research with an international audience and engage in the scientific exchange central to the 4th Symposium on Ammonia Energy.

• The Poster Session coincides with the Symposium Welcome Reception on Sunday,
  September 28th in University Hall, McNamara Alumni Center. Let's kick off the 4th Symposium on
  Ammonia Energy with the perfect balance of scholarship and celebration. Browse posters, connect
  with presenters, and enjoy music, light hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar.
  ***Each attendee receives one Complimentary Drink Ticket.
• Timeline:
  • 2:00pm - 3:00pm:  Poster Session Participant Registration and set up
  • 3:00pm - 6:30pm: Poster Session
  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm : Poster Clean-Up

In-Person Poster Session Specifications:

• In-Person Poster Session participation requires GENERAL registration for the Symposium.
• All In-Person Poster participants are responsible for printing and bringing your poster to Poster Session.
  • Note: If you would like the Host Committee to print your poster to be ready at the Poster
    Session, you may purchase Poster Printing Charge on our Registration page for $100.
    If you opt for Poster Printing, we must have a PDF of your Poster by September 18th.
• You are required to use our Poster Template, available in our Participant Resources Folder.
• Posters must be prepared at the final size of 48 in (width) × 36 in (height)
• Ensure that text and graphs remain sharp when zoomed in (avoid saving figures or text as low-resolution images)

• Action Item: Please UPLOAD your poster as a high-resolution PDF (minimum 150 dpi, 300
  dpi recommended) to the PARTICIPANT RESOURCES FOLDER by September 24th.
  ○ Please title documents with your Name, Poster, and Session Title.

• Video Presentation (optional):
  • You have the opportunity to create a Short Video talking about your Poster, to be shared.
    with all Symposium attendees on our Event Software. Video length < 5 minutes.
  • Action Item: If you would like to provide a Short Video, please email a Zoom recording
    link to [email protected] by September 24th and we will add this content to your
  • Here is a quick video on how to make a zoom recording. If you do not have access to
    zoom, please feel free to use a different platform and send a link to your video.
• Provided for you at the Poster Session:
  • A Posterboard to hold your Poster (4’ Wide x 8’ Tall)
  • Thumbtacks
  • Chairs
  • Note: no tables will be provided

• Virtual Poster Session participation requires "Virtual (Online Only)" Registration
  • Poster will be Displayed on Event Software (Whova), available to all In-Person Attendees and
    Virtual Attendees
